Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date (the day the order is marked delivered), not the order date.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item should be unused, in the same condition you received it, with tags when applicable, and in its original packaging. You will need your order number.

To start a return, use Return items on your order status page or email us within that 30-day window. Returns must be requested before they are sent back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will send prepaid drop-off instructions and a QR code. Complete drop-off by the Send by date on that card. You do not pay return shipping for an approved prepaid drop-off. Refunds are issued after the drop-off is scanned, not before.

Original shipping charges are not refunded on change-of-mind returns. The item price (and tax on that item) is refunded after we receive the return.

If you do not drop off by the Send by date, that return authorization expires. You may keep the item. We will not refund unless the delay was ours.

If an item arrives damaged, is defective, is the wrong item, or we miss the return window because of our delay, we will refund the item and original shipping. You may be asked not to return the item.

Orders canceled before shipment are refunded in full, including shipping.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

We do not accept returns for gift cards, final sale items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Opened or used personal care items, food items, and kitchen hygiene products may also be non-returnable.

The fastest way to get a different item is to complete the return of the item you have, then place a new order for the item you want.

After we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the approved amount to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days after the refund is issued. If you have questions, reply to your order email or contact us through your order.
